Failure of Biometrics or Authentication of Online Registered Rent Agreement in Pune and Mumbai
What to do incase for making the Online Leave and License Agreement in Pune and Mumbai and Maharashtra, the Biometrics Fail?
The fingerprints stored in the Adhaar data is the primary source for validating the authenticity of the identities of the parties to an Online Registered Rent Agreement in Pune and Mumbai and rest of Maharashtra. There are times when the Biometrics for making the Online Leave and License Agreement or Online Registered Rent Agreement fails, i.e the current fingerprint doesn’t match with the fingerprints available on the repository of the UID data stored online. This is when, the draft cannot be used for making Online Rent Agreement in Pune and Mumbai.
This Biometric Authenticity of the Parties (Licensor and License) for Online Leave and License Agreement may be due to various reasons. The following steps should be taken in case such situation occurs:
Task 1. Check the fingers of the party providing the Biometrics. There may be fragments in the skin or a cut which may be causing the issue. While giving the data in the Adhaar, the fingerprints of all the fingers are collected, so try all the other fingers with no fragments or cut. This might work.
Task 2. Incase the verification of all the fingerprints fail, then the Biometrics of Adhaar data should be checked if its Locked. This can only be done, with the Registered Mobile Number of the owner of the Adhaar card. Visit the site: https://www.uidai.gov.in/ Once the 12 digit Aadhaar card number is inserted with the security code, the owner of the Adhaar Card receives the OTP. This OTP once inserted will show the status whether the locking function is (I) Enabled or (II) Disabled. Incase its
(I) Enabled: Then two things can be done (i) Temporarily Unlock (ii) Disable Locking
Temporary Unlocking is not suggestible as the Biometrics allowing will be locked immediately after 10 minutes.
