Steps of Making Online Registered Rent Agreement Or L&L Agreement
Step 1 - Document Submission

The following are the documents required for preparing your Online Registered Rent Agreement: (a) Adhaar cards of both Owners and Tenants, (b) PAN card of the Owner/s and (c) Electricity Bill of the house going on rent.
Step 2 - Draft Approval
Once Step 1 is completed the draft of the Online Registered Rent Agreement is sent to the parties - Owner and Tenants on their email for approval. Once approved, we go to the next Step.
Step 3 - SD & Reg Fee & Biometrics
After Completing Step 2, for making this Online Leave and License Agreement, the Government fees i.e the Stamp Duty and the Registration fees are purchased in the name of the Parties (Owners and Tenants) and after that, the time and location for completing the Biometrics of the Owner and Tenants are set and completed.
Step 4 - Submission & Delivery
After completing Step 3, the Online Leave and License Agreement (Registered Rent Agreement) is then submitted to the Government Sub-registrar Office to be approved. The approval might take 2-3 working days max and then the original registered soft copy is Emailed to the Parties (Owner & Tenants).
